NEW LONDON, N.H. -- A 7-year-old New London boy was hospitalized after he was shocked with 35,000 volts of electricity.

Public service representatives said that normally when a line goes down, the power goes out in the surrounding area and that's how they find out, but this time there was no power outage, and residents are worried this will happen again.Robert is being treated at a burn center in Boston, where he is listed in stable condition and friends say he will recover and be out of the hospital in about a week.
