A St. Albans man was arrested Tuesday after police say he watched a teenage girl through her bedroom window multiple times and exposed himself to two young children over a two-year period.

Kevin, W. Stanley, 58, of 45 Farrar Street, watched the teen and exposed himself starting as far back as the summer of 2006, according to Vermont's Northwest Unit For Special Investigations, which charged him with voyeurism and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child in connection with the alleged peeping.

Authorities were alerted to the problem after receiving a report that Stanley was acting suspiciously near the teen girls home. Stanley allegedly admitted to police that he had been watching the girl, who lived near his own home, and exposing himself.

Stanley was arraigned in Franklin District Court in St. Albans Wednesday.
