ST. ALBANS, Vt. -- An attack in St. Albans started with fists and later involved a baseball bat.Kelly Robtoy, 27, is accused of striking Kristy Sweeney, 25, in the head with her fist several times in the Rite Aid parking lot on North Main Street, NewsChannel 5 reported.Investigators said Robtoy used a baseball bat when she tried to hit Sweeney through an open car window.
Police are charging Robtoy with aggravated assault.
