MORRISVILLE, Vt. -- Another Vermont business is making the environment a top priority.

The Thistledown Inn Bed and Breakfast opened just four months ago and has already gone green.

Sheila Tymon, the inn's owner, said she had to follow strict guidelines to become certified green. The inn only uses eco-friendly products and swapped out all regular light bulbs for compact florescent bulbs.

"It doesn't take a lot to make some shifts in behavior and purchasing choices to be a better steward of the Earth," Tymon said.

She also looks to educate guests during their stay by placing cards in rooms that offer tips on a green lifestyle.
